(1) In accordance with this act, rules and the general and special order of the council, the registration book shall be maintained and the names, addresses and qualifications of the physicians whose names will be registered from time to time shall be registered in the registration book, the names of those who are deceased or from membership. It shall be the duty of the registrar to remove the names of the doctors who are to be removed, and to take all other actions required by him in accordance with this Act and the rules.
(2) If a registered doctor leaves his business or changes his address, he must notify the registrar within one month. If it is suspected that a doctor has changed his address or left the business, the registrar will send a letter to the address registered in the register book. If the letters are returned or if the letters are not answered within 3 months, the registrar will notify the name of the physician through a leading newspaper and if no notification is received within the next 3 months, the registrar may remove his name from the register. However, if someone applies to the registrar for the re-registration of the name removed from the register, showing that he is not able to respond to the letter sent by the registrar due to any circumstances beyond his control or due to any other extenuating circumstances, or that he is about to start the business again, any person removed under this sub-section shall be The registrar can re-register the doctor's name in the registration book and if it is registered in that way, a fee will be charged as prescribed in the rules.
(3) The registration book established in accordance with this Act shall be considered as a government document.
